3. The elastic wave and the central rubber of the voice coil deteriorate (the voice coil is too hot or the glue is not hard enough), resulting in the separation of the central part.
Diaphragm
Speaker diaphragm is made of various materials such as paper, metal, PP, etc. When used for a long time, the temperature of the paper basin will be affected by moisture and moisture, which will cause the weight of the paper basin to change and deteriorate. Will change the original sound quality.
1. The central part of the voice coil has been degummed. Under long-term overuse, the overloaded output power will cause the voice coil to overheat, which will cause the center gel to change, which will cause degumming and noise.
2.If the power output is too large and the diaphragm vibrates violently for a long time, if the heat resistance of the glue is sufficient at this time and the rigidity of the paper cone is not enough, it will cause the paper cone deformation meter to rupture, that is, an abnormal sound will be generated. ;
3. Man-made damage and insect bites can also cause damage and abnormal sounds.

Dust cover
1.The dust cover is loosened, causing noise when it collides with the paper cone;
2. The dent of the dust cover can cause abnormal sounds.
Voice coil
Due to overheating glue or other reasons, the center point of the voice coil will rub against the T-iron, which will cause the voice coil to break or short.
The voice coil wire is broken, because the extension hardness of the central point of the paper cone is not uniform, which will cause the paper cone to break and the enameled wire to break.
The bent part of lead may cause oxidative fracture during long-term use.
